Engineered Stone
Engineered stone is manufactured from a combination of fine quartz and granite, along with colour
pigments and polymers. It is highly durable, has a great resistance to wear and stains, and does not
require sealing. Engineered stone is virtually non porous, scratch resistant, acid resistant, and more
colour consistent than natural stones.
With these qualities engineered stone provides a low maintenance practical alternative to natural stone.
It must be noted that engineered stone can be sensitive to direct sunlight, and therefore it is not advised
to be used outdoors.
Please be aware that slight variations in colour can still occur due to the natural variations in the quartz itself,
and it is advised to confirm colour selection before ordering.
